The location was excellent.

The location was excellent. The pools were great. The reduced rate for room issues was appreciated.

It was smaller than I thought but I didn't properly read the specifications. It was as advertised. There were some maintenance issues such as broken doors but the host generously reduced our stay rate.

Missing plastic at the bottom of the shower door meant the bathroom floor got very wet with every shower. There is no towel hooks

Location.

Location. Within walking distance to Merlin Place. Lau Pa Sat ( a food court) is just across the road. Good connectivity with public transport, Raffles Place is about 300 meters away, however, Taxi is abundant in the area. Cost us SG11 to USS and around SGD5 - 6 to Kg Gelam area. The size of the apartment was just nice with three kids and two adults. Basic kitchen equipment that allows you to cook, if you want to. There is also a washing machine which is an extra to us. Wifi connection is superb throughout the house. Views is fantastic.

Waiting time for the reps to check us in, we were directed to wait at the Starbucks when it is much easier if we were directed to wait in front of the property which is on the other side of the building. As pre-arranged time, we suppose to meet up at Starbucks at 12.00pm. We were there 10 minutes before 12, and have to wait until quarter past 12 before the reps arrived and bring us to the apartment. However, she makes up the lateness by allowing us to check-in earlier instead of waiting for the formal check-in time at 03.00pm

Great location. Enjoyed sitting on the balcony and watching the city bustle below. Pool was fantastic.

No glasses and towels were thin and stained. Smaller than appeared in the photos

Living in a Singapore style

Location is great. Walking distance to all major attractions like harbor or Chinatown. The Maxwell Food Centre is just across the street. You can get there great choice of delicious food for very low prices. Subway is just one block away. Best nightclub in Singapore i.e. 1 Altitude is just few minutes away. Further it’s clean and for the time being you get excellent view - until they will complete construction of the new skyscrapers. The gym is very basic and surprisingly for Singapore not very clean. The pool is nice. WiFi works very well. Washing machine is new and is combined with dryer so you’ll get your laundry dry. Cooking facilities basic but sufficient. We didn’t cook though since it’s so cheap to eat in the Maxwell hawker centre. The apartment is not very big but I presume that it’s a standard Singapore size. Sufficient to fit the family with two teenagers.

The process for handling over the keys definitely needs an improvement. The phone number provided by accommodation appears to be an answering machine with several options. Only thanks to the help of some locals we managed to contact the owner to get the keys. So please make sure that you agree on how will you get the keys before you arrive to Singapore. As the apartment is in the middle of the downtown next to the banks and other financial institutions so many restaurants and bars are closed in the weekend since the Singaporeans move then to the residential area.

Great location

It’s in a perfect location for exploring the city. The underground is a 3 min walk and buses drive right past the front door. Telok Ayer market is right out front. The apartment has most needs covered but I didn’t understand why there was a microwave but no power point to plug it into. The view is amazing. Staff were helpful but you will have to wait for a while if there are any problems. Great for short stays.

The apartment is a lot smaller than it appears in the photos. Can feel a bit cramped with four adults. Very little space to store clothes and no glasses in the kitchen you have to use mugs.

Poor communication and big wait on arrival. Good location was saving grace.

Location was good. Walking distance to Chinatown, Marina bay sands, garden by bay. Right next to delicious hawker center. Organised for us to store bags unfortunately very delayed after our arrival and other side of town for departure.

Had to wait hours to drop bags after agreeing to meet, we arrived at Starbucks at 9am to meet to drop bags they said they should be able to get to us early but 11 at latest finally turned up at 12.30 after multiple phone calls which they stopped answering. Very small apartment. Overflow in bathroom was leaking. Signs in lift saying not allowed to short term rent apartments which made us feel awkward. Had to pay deposit with cleaner.

Excellent

The rooms were cozy, comfortable, neat and clean. Kitchen was spacious. Bathroom was clean. View from Balcony was also good. There were facilities like, swimming pool and secure access. Staff was polite and approachable. Location is near to mrt and public transport. Property is good for families and business travelers. Enjoyed the stay.

Housekeeping was overbooked, so we had to send reminders for cleaning the apartment.

Bed was comfy.

Necessary fittings not in place. Nothing to hang clothes in bath area and no shampoo/soap holders. Need to be more thoughtful not to just make the unit look nice - needs to be practical too. Only aircond in living room working. Requested admin to rectify the ones in bedroom but did not attend to it. Extremely cramped. Unlike what we saw in the pics on website.

Le règlement ne nous a pas été présenté. Le personnel n'a pas été très serviable et agréable. Nous n'avons pas pu laisser nos valises à proximité de l'appartement avant notre départ.

숙소가 사진보단 아담했지만 아늑하고 깨끗했어요.

숙소가 사진보단 아담했지만 아늑하고 깨끗했어요. 여름인데 에어컨도 빵빵하게 나와서 시원했어요.

우선은 와이파이가 무료제공이라고했는데 돌아오는 날까지 안되었고 그 부분에 대해서 매니저가 연락준다고했는데 감감무소식이었어요. 너무 불편했어요. 그리고 방 두개 사이에 화장실이 있고 문이 양쪽으로 열려서 당황.... 청소도 가는날까지 안해줘서 쓰레기가 쌓였어요. 수건 체인지할때 쓰레기도 좀 정리해주심 좋았을텐데 아쉬웠어요.
